At the end of last year I got to shoot Elizabeth’s painting birthday party, and early this year I got to shoot Natalie’s bowling birthday party. These girls really know how to have fun. They bowled for 2 hours, danced around, ate some pizza and played video games. Wow, I wish I had that kind of energy! It’s always a blast and I can’t wait till next year!

Congrats Natalie on such an amazing achievement and such a fun party. Happy Birthday!!!

Danya and Eric are getting married this May and I’m completely siked about shooting their wedding! We spend the early evening in downtown Douglasville scoping out all the great spots (and let me tell you….we found them ALL). Clearly Dayna has done some modeling (even though she denies it) because she was the perfect natural model. I’m pretty sure I have yet to find her bad side.
I’ve known these two for a couple years now and they truly are the epitome of love. Congrats on the engagement and I can’t wait till May!

This year was my third time shooting family photos for the Magneson’s. I was absolutely thrilled when I was asked to shoot their eldest daughter’s 10th birthday party (and even more excited when I found out it was a painting party). Every year I am more and more impressed with this awesome family and their amazing girls. Elizabeth loves dogs and in lieu of gifts asked all of her friends to bring a donation for Mostly Mutts in Kennesaw. This year she raised $210 plus dog food, treats and toys!

Congrats Elizabeth on such an amazing achievement and such a fun party. Happy Birthday!!!

I feel so lucky to have had such great family shoots lately. Today was no different. We hiked out at Cheathem HIll National Battlefield Park and took advantage of this stunning day. With the trees and open fields, this park makes for a great photo location. The bugs were out in full force since it was a little bit warmer today, but we fought through it and made some fabulous images! We even saw some deer (see the last image)!

This evening I shot a fun loving family with 3 gorgeous girls. Let me tell you, these girls had spunk! It made for such a relaxed, fun shoot. All 3 loved getting up in front of the camera and showing me their sass. :)

Yesterday we went to Piedmont Park and photographed a fabulous high school senior! Zac was hesitant at first to give us a smile; but he really opened up and I’m so excited about all the great shots we got. He’s a soccer player and hopes to play in college. I loved that we got to photograph him in his gear along with more casual clothes. His mom really wanted to do some shots with him, and we got some fabulous ones! You guys are such a cute family and I’m so happy I got the opportunity to meet you and make some memories to cherish. :)

This morning I got up bright and early to shoot an amazing family! It was a bit cold, but the sun was out and it was gorgeous. This is the third year that I’ve been lucky enough to shoot this lovely family and I look forward to many more years.

I had the great pleasure to shoot an amazing bride and groom two weeks ago. When I first met Courtney I knew we’d get along famously. Little did I know that her wedding would be one of the most fun days I’ve ever had shooting. We started the day by driving out to Tallapoosa, GA to one of the most gorgeous event sites I’ve ever seen. Courtney looked gorgeous when we arrived and she only got prettier from there.

Some of the details from the day were so creative and fun. They had candy for everyone at the reception.

Courtney’s dress was incredibly beautiful. 

The ceremony was outside and luckily it was a little breezy and perfect for photos.

Bryan and Courtney had so much fun at their reception and we had a blast shooting it. Everyone was dancing and the food was DELICIOUS (seriously, best BBQ ever).

Thanks so much for letting me be a part of your day! We had more fun than we thought possible and I wish the best for you and your family. <3
